It worked for our stay because we wanted to be near friends. We stayed the week after Christmas 2023 and there was zero snow around the property so could not use as ski-in/ski-out. The only properties that had snow were in Southwind but I think they fill up a year in advance. We had friends staying there so we could drive there and then...
