THE SMOKEY OLD FASHIONED This premier first floor ground level condominium with private hot tub at Seven Springs in the Laurel Mountains, is the perfect blend of rustic nostalgia and modern functionality, all in a perfect location. Nestled on Village Trail at Seven Springs Resort, The Smokey Old Fashioned features two primary bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bedroom has a king size bed along with a private full bath. The second bedroom with Queen over Queen bunk beds with its own bathroom too. From the sunken living room, gaze out the large picture window onto Village Trail and the surrounding Laurel Mountains. Relax on the rear deck complete with private hot tub and gas grill, just steps from Village Trail. No need to go around buildings or across parking lots to access the ski trail. New kitchen appliances include a refrigerator, dishwasher, range and microwave. Kitchen includes plates, silverware, pots & pans plus a KitchenAid blender, Ninja Coffee machine, Keurig, toaster, waffle iron and more! Pet-friendly. 1 house trained dog permitted. The condominium is ideally located to easily access the recreational center to play, but far enough away to allow you to enjoy the peace and quiet of the mountains.
