"Great size room, clean and spacious. Sauna didn’t work at the time. (The main reason I booked this hotel) shame! ! ! Night shift lady was amazed helpful and friendly, but morning shift lady was extremely slow. "

"As i frequent traveller , this apartment staff is just so professional and responsive. During my recent stay , i found out that dryer is not working . As that is a weekend , and they dun have a technician to get it fixed. So they pass me a enply room key just beside my room to get my laundry done up . And replaced the dryer ,the following monday. My big thanks and appreciation to Yuliana duty manager for all her effort."

"Lovely, charming place. The shower being in the spa bath is a bit tricky to access and the traffic noise was louder than I thought it would be. Other than that, the staff were lovely, the room was spacious bed was comfortable. "

"Staff very friendly. Close shopping and dining options. Didn’t like mould in shower and toilet tank not attached to the wall. "

"Nice apartment however it was not cleaned properly. Toilet, vaccum cleaner and some cups were left dirty. However when spoken it was done properly. Had to pay extra for the car park"

"Great place to stay for a family. We were a family with 2 kids and a baby in a cot, all provided. Worked very well. It was interesting that there was a full kitchen in the unit but no crockery, pots and pans, etc. Not even a knife. To be fair this was not advertised. It would have been very handy, especially if we had stayed for longer. Overall would thoroughly recommend!"
