Room was clean staff friendly location excellent for us close to hospital Room was like a loft with steep stairs. If you don’t like stairs don’t get this room.

Easy walk to Brighton’s famous beach huts, less than 1km to Church Street for shopping and delicious food. Also a Woolworths which is handy. Staff were adequate, we had a 2 bed adjoining rooms set up and one room was in better condition than the other. Both had a balcony/terrace which was lovely. Housekeeping was only a small time window each day, no extras besides a vending machine next to the reception desk that was rarely manned. Overall fine because of the location, but if this was elsewhere I wouldn’t be retuning.

Really great property - would stay here again. Rooms were very clean and staff were friendly. Had a great nights sleep - bed was very comfortable. Feedback I would give - the cutlery in my room was dirty when I got it out and I had to rewash it before using. I also really dislike when the only sink is in the bathroom, and I have to fill the kettle, get a glass of water or do dishes in the bathroom sink - I find this really unhygienic and wish there’d been a little kitchen sink there. Other than that, great. Room was very quiet too.
