Southeast Birmingham Vacation Packages

We found check-in straightforward, but unfortunately both rooms we were given were unacceptable. The first room’s A/C was extremely noisy, so we were moved — but the replacement still had dirty floors, a dirty/sticky TV stand, and sheets with what looked like cigarette burns. The room also smelled of mildew; the bathroom was particularly unclean and the shower curtain was covered in mildew. When I raised the issues with the front desk, the staff response was dismissive. We decided to leave early and were not offered a refund. Please address housekeeping and maintenance — this falls below reasonable standards.

The room was clean, the staff were incredibly kind and generous of the time; everyone smiled and greeted me. The beds were some of the best I’ve slept on in a hotel—-pillows need help but that is just a matter of preference. When I initially pulled up, my thoughts were kind of negative, but as you can see those negative thoughts were not warranted.

We had a great stay! Hot showers, comfortable beds and cold room during the summer time! Breakfast area is a little small but it works for the size of the hotel. We had a slight chemical like smell… I think it was from the air unit… but it kept us cool… and we just sprayed some Lysol…. We got fresh towels everyday! The lady at the front was kind… It was overall great stay!
