Soaring mountain peaks tumble down into icy, glacier-blue waters in the Inside Passage, one of Alaska’s most dramatic, accessible and wildlife-rich regions.
Grandma’s Feather Bed is a charming place to enjoy for your pre or post cruise stay or if you are enjoying a few days in this area of Alaska! Service was excellent and very attentive. The hotel manager, Galyna, assisted with any special request without any hesitance and was a pleasure to meet. The complimentary breakfast was lovely and the omelette was on my list of “Best Ever”!
Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

We had a beautiful suite with an in-room kitchen equipped with all the amenities. The staff were very accomodating when we called from the airport 30 minutes before the end of check in to say we might be late. The hotel automatically did away with daily housekeeping for our longer stay while telling us how to get whatever we need.

The property has been renovated and the rooms are modern with wood accents and back lighting. The shower felt so good, especially after a full travel day. Absolutely loved the room. Very clean. The staff and manager were great. We had a sea view and enjoyed stepping out onto the balcony for the amazing view. Highly recommend.
