"The customer service and room and breakfast were phenomenal. It’s centrally located for the airport and Lackland Air Force base. The worst thing was the hot tub never got fixed the whole week we were there and the pool could’ve definitely been cleaner but that was all! We had a suite and a group of 6 and 7 when we had my son after his graduation. They congratulated all of us and were always accommodating when we needed extra towels and wash cloths or just to use the outside grill and laundry :)...

"I really appreciate the warm, welcoming environment of Sonesta suites. I like the decor. It feels homey. I loved our room with the extra bedroom for our daughter. Felt like an apartment more than a hotel room. The beds and pillows were super comfy. Nice courtyard and pool area. "Overall the location is a very nice place to lay your head for the night. The rooms looked and more importantly, smelled clean. We were comfortable and the view from the hill was really nice. However, when we checked out the next morning, we found that our truck had it's tail lights stolen and there are no cameras facing the parking lot. So would I recommend the place to stay? Sure, as long as you're driving a rental and you paid for the optional insurance."
