If you are looking to be close to all of the action in San Francisco, this is the place to stay. We had a wonderful room and it was cleaned everyday. The breakfast everyday was awesome and had a wonderful selection. The staff was very helpful and helped arrange transportation to and from the airport. Plus you can walk to so many attractions in 15 to 20 minutes tops. So many good restaurants close to the hotel and all of the fun of Pier 39. If you want to be in the heart of the action, stay at this hotel. You won’t be disappointed!

It was very challenging in getting the shower head to work. The water just would not cone out of the shower head and there wasn’t any signage to get the shower head to work. Finally after about 35 min we figured out how to unscrew the bottom of the faucet in shower to get shower to come on. It was a really outdated shower system. At least have signage to explain the system. The room was very clean, air conditioning worked well. The breakfast was brought to our room on time. The parfait yogurt was very good and the Orange juice.
