"The hotel was great. The only downside is their shuttle service is poor. We waited at the airport for about 30 minutes and gave up on the shuttle and took an uber. We were told you had to wait until check-in to book the shuttle to the port only to be told it was full. Again Uber was the answer. Don’t waste time on the shuttle!!!!"

"Kendra is the freaking best, she's so friendly, professional, courteous and helpful with a smile. All of the staff are friendly but Kendra goes above and beyond! The rooms are always clean and spacious. Highly recommend this place!!"

"A/c didn't work heat didn't work, 2 out of 4 elevators didn't work.weird smell in bathroom, toilet didn't flush until I fixed it. There were so many holes in the driveway coming in it was like a maze to get around the all, this is not an exaggeration. "

"The shower door would not stay closed during a shower. Which led to more water being on the floor. "

"Beds are comfortable. I always sleep so good. Breakfast varieties are thumbs up, love the made to order options. Front desk staff are always pleasant. "
