"We recently stayed at the VRBO property. While the location is great there is currently construction at the access point across the street which blocked the view of the beach and access. Secondly , although the beach house was beautiful it was dirty in some aspects. The floors were very dirty leaving your socks almost black, the coffee maker probably needs to be thrown out, the fridge also seemed like it hasn’t been wiped down and just overall the restrooms seemed like they had not been cleaned....

"This house was perfect for our stay on South Padre Island. It was a short walk to the beach, we spent so much time at the pool and enjoyed the bbq area for a cookout. Comfortably fit 7 adults and 2 children with the 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. It was wonderful having the space for multiple families to stay together for my son’s wedding. Marta responded to all of our questions and provided additional important information for our trip."
