A new cooling memory foam queen bed with nice cotton sheets & queen pull out will sleep 4\. Fully equipped kitchen makes staying in and cooking a breeze. Plenty of soft towels and beach towels are supplied for our guests. The condo has a 50" TV with Blu-Ray, cable and Showtime and high speed WiFi. linens & beach chairs, umbrella & cooler. Steps to the beach. The balcony has a side ocean view! Pool & hot tub! We are located toward the north part of the island between Clayton's and Wanna Wanna. Walking distance to many places but away from the noise and crowds. The island has a free Metro bus that picks up right in front of the building and runs until 9:00 PM. Pet friendly. Pet fee and Pet Agreement required. Max guests: This unit must not exceed 4 guests. We are just a phone call away in case you need anything. The area was quiet and very safe. There is a parking attendant monitoring parking, which I appreciated. The room was small, but perfect for two adults. The condo was exactly as we anticipated and conveniently located to the beach and bus. We appreciated the larger refrigerator which we took for granted until we saw where our friends stayed and they didn't have a full size refrigerator. We made the majority of our breakfasts at the condo, which was stocked with all the essentials. The condo is conveniently located for walking the beach to restaurants or for a bloody mary morning. We also enjoyed (many times) the convenience of Kelly's Irish Pub just one block away. ##### Julie K.
