A new cooling memory foam queen bed with nice cotton sheets & queen pull out will sleep 4\. Fully equipped kitchen makes staying in and cooking a breeze. Plenty of soft towels and beach towels are supplied for our guests. The condo has a 50" TV with Blu-Ray, cable and Showtime and high speed WiFi. linens & beach chairs, umbrella & cooler. Steps to the beach. The balcony has a side ocean view! Pool & hot tub! We are located toward the north part of the island between Clayton's and Wanna Wanna. Walking distance to many places but away from the noise and crowds. The island has a free Metro bus that picks up right in front of the building and runs until 9:00 PM. Pet friendly. You have all your necessities for a good stay. The bed was comfortable (a big one for me) That being said, I couldn’t quite give it a 5\. It is in bad need of updating. Some things are good like the bathroom, but the paint is peeling and the electrical outlets overloaded and actually loose in the wall. The area was quiet and very safe. There is a parking attendant monitoring parking, which I appreciated. The room was small, but perfect for two adults. The condo was exactly as we anticipated and conveniently located to the beach and bus. We appreciated the larger refrigerator which we took for granted until we saw where our friends stayed and they didn't have a full size refrigerator. We made the majority of our breakfasts at the condo, which was stocked with all the essentials. The condo is conveniently located for walking the beach to restaurants or for a bloody mary morning. We also enjoyed (many times) the convenience of Kelly's Irish Pub just one block away. ##### Julie K. Furniture appears worn-out especially coffee table and needs to be replaced. Bathroom sink clogs and did not get fixed even after reporting it to the owner. ##### Fiaz S. Right on the beach with direct access! Only downside was all the the construction going on in the building, which was to have been completed 2 weeks ago so not owners fault. Walkable to several bars and a little store. Great cozy place for the $. But more than a couple Would be a crowd. ##### william b.
