"We are repeat guests at the Sheraton and value its convenient location close to town and our family home. However, during this stay we experienced several service delays. Housekeeping required multiple follow‑up calls for extra towels, which arrived roughly an hour later each time, and our room was serviced late in the afternoon. We also requested an accessibility shower seat, which again took close to an hour to arrive."

"Every detaile of this property was excellent including the staff, the food, the help except for when checking out I was surprised that I was charged for the boat ride from the airport to the hotel which cost me $285.00. I was shocked since Hotels.com did not disclose this charge. That was disappointing! I thought since spending almost $8,000 the boat was complementary. Please for the future disclose every charge."

"This hotel was a great choice for a basic stay. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. The onsite restaurant was excellent and made it very convenient to grab a good meal without leaving the property. I also appreciated the comfortable outdoor seating area, which was a nice place to relax while waiting for my room to be ready."

"Very family friendly resort, and the staff were very friendly. We loved the kids club too! Only downside was the pool/sea water was too cold for what we were hoping for at this time, but it's not something the resort can control."

"I wasn't sure about the location being a bit separated from the main tourist drag but that ended up being the best part about the Hotel Nikko. My room had a direct view of the beach and because the hotel wasn't close to others on Tumon Bay, it felt like it's own private tropical cove, with stunning views of the ocean, from sunrise to sunset, with no other hotels in sight. I could have sat on my balcony for hours staring at the changes in the water, clouds and light. (Actually, I did.) The pool and water slide were total bonus points and the staff were all super friendly and helpful. It may not be the most modern hotel but it is well maintained and the location and views more than made up for it. It felt like a hidden gem. I will definitely stay here again!"

"Book it! This place is heaven on earth. Beautiful coral nursery, excellent snorkeling right from your room, beautiful pool, close walk to a cute little town with grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. (Don't miss eating at Keiki just down the street!). Great Polynesian entertainment on Wednesday night. Staff is incredible! Free kayaks, paddle boards, and snorkel gear with a funny guy running that program. My best friend and I went for our birthday trip last year and loved it so much we we went again this year. Our times @ Manava have been the most relaxed and at peace my body and mind have ever felt."
