Overall stay wasn’t too bad. However, the bed was extremely hard. The location of Nikko is one of the best. The views are amazing as well. Just for me personally, it’s a bit overpriced for what you actually get. The tv was really old and you can only watch the channels that they provide, unless you bring your own laptop and hdmi cord.

Hotel employees were very polite and helpful when needed. Used the self-service laundry room twice. The rooms were cleaned and made up daily. The view was spectacular.

Overall a nice hotel. Restaurants at the hotel were crazy expensive! Awesome location and beautiful beaches. The views from the rooms were excellent. A few more touches to the rooms would be nice such as beach towels, tote bags, robes and larger refrigerators. The greetings need to be improved as well. Very flat and did not feel very welcoming!

All staff are kind. Especially one woman who is front staff with glasses,black hair（ tied in one ponytail） work efficientry.（Last time we stayed here,she also worked efficiently. ）Please tell her thank you!

Nice place, but the carpets are badly worn down with some holes and runs in places. My room was nice, and comfortable, but was very musty smelling. The refrigerator kept things cool, but nowhere near cold. Not good in that heat and humidity. A microwave would've been handy for leftovers from meals, but without one I didn't take leftovers and food was wasted. The breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent. Great tasting food and many options across many ethnic palates. Every staff member I dealt with was very helpful, friendly and actually seemed to be enjoying their jobs.

Room is very spacious with a large balcony and amazing view. Very clean and well stocked. Loved the mini bar drinks that were included. Breakfast buffet was large with many options that changed daily.
