Hotel is in an excellent location! You can easily walk to Dontonburi and the Tenjinbashi-suji Shopping street is basically right out the door (like 5 mins walk). Metro station is about 5 mins away as well. The room was small (no where to put your clothes, so we lived out of suitcase) but otherwise it was fine. Very clean and comfortable. We also used the laundry in the building, $500 Yen for a wash which included detergent and drying was $100 Yen for 8 mins. I would recommend and stay here again...

Great value considering location and quality

Very conveniently located next to a metro/train station, which made getting around easy. Our room was very clean and comfortable, and the area around the hotel was much quieter and more peaceful than the more central, tourist-y areas in Osaka. Really appreciated the complementary tea & coffee and the great amenities provided. I think we went to the Family Mart downstairs every day to pick up snacks and other necessities -- so great to have that option!

We had a really nice stay, grocery, convenience store, train station, food choices all within 1 to 2 min walk and larger grocery a few min away. Never saw any staff but place was clean and organized. Beds were nice, lots of hot water for 5 of us. Yes family friendly. Quiet neighborhood. Littl tough to find at first be easy after. Blue circular sign with the name on it, look for this. Think they have pictures of it. Communication is a bit slow, dont expect answers right away. Great place.

Very comfortable location right beside a family mart and an entrance to the metro. I was initially worried as I read reviews claiming the check-in process was unintuitive but it’s very straightforward provided you follow the instructions given to you. Lots of amenities provided. Washroom was very nice and spacious and has settings that dry your clothes after you wash them.

The receptionist was fantastic. Super friendly and attentive. She made sure to get out breakfast order every night and even though we had to use google translate, communication was no issue at all. Parking was convenient.

Great place to stay in Osaka. Youre close to several different train stations. Rooms are fairly big, We had our family of 4 stay for 6 days. Family Mart is a block away, Lawsons is a couple blocks in the opposite direction. There's some restaurants within walking distance. 3 stops from Dotonbori.

Great hostel for socializing and making great friends. The staff do an amazing job with fun activities and good energy all around. Really enjoyed my stay here ☺️
