« Horrible experience. Check in started at 3 and I arrived at 8. I was told my room was not ready and wouldn’t be for a couple more hours due to staffing shortage. The manager only offered to cancel my reservation or call me when a room was ready. My disabled veteran husband started having mental issues so they got us a room quicker. Then our room had no towels. I saw a teenage housekeeper in hall who gave us towels and found out her mom was assistant manager who asked her to come in and help out....

« Breakfast was outstanding - lots of variety which was appreciated since we stayed several days. Staff was very friendly. Hotel was very quiet and clean. Beds weren't very comfortable, had trouble with the room temperature and the thermostat, and there were loose floor tiles in the bathroom that needed attention. Overall a good stay. »

« The room was clean but the bathroom wasn’t as clean as I’m used to staying in this chain of hotels. House keeping did really well making sure the room itself was clean, though.
The breakfast was OK- Holiday Inn Express definitely has a tastier breakfast.
Staff was friendly. Over all good experience. »

« The bathroom was not clean. Around the tiolet and bathtub had a dirt ring. Dust throughout and spider Webb by the air conditioner. Ice maker did not work and the gym equipment where broken. »
