Rooms were clean and spacious, enough for two grown travelers. Breakfast was good for what it is and Jenny is very nice (breakfast host). However, the elevator was having some issues and was not working properly before we left.

We’ve stayed at this property several times when visiting family. The staff is always helpful, the public areas are clean, and our room is always top notch. The hotel is close to I75 and several nice restaurants.

the room size was great , unfortunately we had an issue where the AC unit was leaking causing the carpet to be wet but due to the hotel being fully booked we wouldn't be able to switch rooms. Gloria and the male attendant in the morning on Sunday were great , helpful and apologetic on issues we had. the other guy I can't say much for. we had to go down to the desk to get any extras like towels and pillows since housekeeping didn't come through . the pool was ok , a bit merky but not obviously dirty. the breakfast was great

The closest elevator was down and I'm handicapped so I had to walk to the farther one every time, and there was a leak the whole time that we were there where the floor was wet and smelled like sewage. The room was very dark and had no overhead lights and the faucet in the bathroom was set far back so that the water would go all over the place but not in the sink. It wasn't very enjoyable. On a nicer note, the breakfast was great and the people serving it and maintaining the place we're very friendly and did a great job. I tipped them.
