À l'intérieur de l'hôtel, il y avait une senteur de fumée de cigarette et d'humilité dans la chambre. Un des deux employés n'était pas accueillant. »

« Shower head leaked, carpeting was filthy and laundry was piled up in the dining area, so I checked out a day early and since I booked thru you the second day of the stay is non refundable not doing this again. »

« Our meet and greet was great! And the place is a very nice looking Mansion. But entering the room it was hot to both of us. We started the small window AC in the living room and the vented stand along AC in the bedroom. It took quite a while to cool off. We decided to take a Jacuzzi bath and not only did it not work, we made ourselves even more hot. I went to shave and the bathroom sink is " clogged" not just slowly draining as I could run hot water very long before it was full. Unfortunately...

« We found ants everywhere, including in the beds. The price of the hotel was alot more expensive than most places. We had a room with 3 beds and that was nice. »

« Top notch hospitality and customer service! We came back to our room on the 3rd floor and saw the bathroom floor flooded from a leak in the ceiling during a terrible rainstorm . Went to the front desk where the GM continued to apologize and explain they know they need a new roof and that is taking place next week! The hotel was completely booked due to State Trap Shooting taking place but the GM did all he could to make things right and was able to moved us to different rooms to accommodate our...
