The hotel was very clean. Some of the staff were extra helpful and some were not. The room wasn’t ready on time and when I finally was able to get in, the tv didn’t work.

Need to have AC on in rooms before we arrive. I had to run AC all night and it turned it self off. I was told I could not add water to my room, had to pay by card. Have you had Sarasota tap water? One elevator running and lots of traffic on the second floor at night. Bed was nice and shower was great.
