"Room is in need of repairs and serious cleaning. The furniture is stained. The breakfast is a bad joke. The worst thing is the anti-2A sign on the door. Unless you walk in the back door, no sign there. This sign makes me feel very unsafe. When criminals are the only ones able to carry a weapon. "The shower/tub in our room did not turn on at all...no water to bathe. The bathroom door would not close due to damage on the bottom of the door. We spoke with the manager, Stephanie, about the problem. She had no ideas for a resolution and did not apologize for the situation. I understand that things happen and resolving them the best way you can is how you gain customer loyalty. We were reserved for another night but we left after one night so that we could get a room that would allow us to bathe. Stephanie said that we couldn't use any other rooms because they were sold out. I suggest driving 10 mi south and staying at a hotel that appreciates your business and doesn't provide you with a manager with an attitude. The breakfast staff was very friendly yet the food was just average."

"Mediocre hotel. Possibly the worst La Quinta I’ve ever stayed in. Smoke detector hanging from the ceiling, mold/mildew in shower, water spots on ceiling - and the worst smell throughout the whole room. Couldn’t wait to leave in the morning. "
