"I wanted to stay the night to break up a long drive, and we got in late. I was given the wrong room layout from what I reserved (1 bed instead of 2), and when they realized their mistake, then called me back to the main lobby and gave me another room that was already occupied. The building is in disrepair, with broken exterior doors that do not shut, broken interior glass, broken safety room locks, and evidence of severe water damage and white mold. The property did not refund my reservation...

"Room was nice, Very peaceful. The horse racing / dinner was not as expected. You couldn’t really see the races from our table and you had to walk to a different building to bet or see the race results. We were looking forward to the cinnamon roll for breakfast. At 8:30am we headed to the Grill, the only place open for breakfast, they a cinnamon roll on display. We were told they were waiting on dough to rise and cinnamon rolls would be ready around 2:30pm. They looked really good! The breakfast burrito was great!!"

"The Hotel was great, it has a restaurant, a bar, and free breakfast. The pool area looks amazing. We weren't able to use the pool, but they are doing renovations to the hotel, it was raining anyway. Im excited to go back to see the finished project. The beds and rooms were clean and comfortable. Definitely a little older, but that didn't bother us. All of the Staff was great Very nice, and helpful. We definitely will stay again"

"The AC worked great. The bed was comfortable. The staff at check in was very helpful, friendly and attentive. The continental breakfast wasn’t much to speak of. There was toast and bagels, cereal and milk and a couple of pieces of fruit. The two coffee thermoses were empty at 8:30 am and so I waited for more coffee to be brewed. It didn’t seem anyone was monitoring the area. "
