Staff were great but room was dirty and grimy everywhere. Floors and shower/tub all felt grimy and dirty in the corners of the floor.

6/10 Okay

Liked: Staff & service
The room was clean and smelled nice. The staff were courteous and helpful. The breakfast was fine. The only complaint we had was a group of guest (maybe road workers) congregated around the stairs to talk and smoke until about 10-10:30 every night. They were not extremely loud, but we thought it was inconsiderate considering there were other places they could have gathered. If you stay here, I would highly recommend you avoid rooms by the stairs.

Friendly Staff; Good Breakfast; Great City Park

The staff are very friendly, the room is clean, and they will provide housekeeping or extra towels quickly upon request. The breakfast was hot and good, especially since they had low occupancy during my stay. The location is convenient to a small, city park that was serene to walk and run through.
