"We could not fault Caldera Villas. Would thoroughly recommend you stay here ! It had everything we needed for our stay, and felt brand new ! Very comfortable, a good size, and views to die for ! We never got bored of staring at the piton ! Only a 5-10 minute walk to town and the shops/bars/restaurants. We really enjoyed being in Soufriere and seeing the authentic St Lucia. Everything was made extra easy and enjoyable by the amazing Valna, who was always contactable and extremely helpful. She was brilliant ! "

"This hotel was great! Mostly because of how friendly and helpful the staff was and because of the stunning views! There are many attractions that aren’t too far away, which also helps make it a delightful stay. "

"Very outdated only 1 restaurant on site and food wasn’t good room had bugs mini fridge was on a moving cart that falls off every time you open it. Pool isn’t useable been under construction for over a year! The property had a lot of junk around grounds aren’t kept up .The view was beautiful but you can get that at other places! Do not stay here! "

"I stayed at this property for a week . The apartment was clean and had everything I needed for my stay . The view of the pitons was breath taking . I was so close I felt like I could walk to them from the balcony . During my stay my flight had been cancelled and I needed to extend my trip for 2 additional stays . The owner was able to accommodate me. I was able meet her personally she was friendly and always available for questions . I travel solo often and I felt comfortable and safe during my stay . I was minutes away from several restaurants and activities. I honesty could not say enough about this property and would def stay again if I were to visit St.Lucia . "

"This has been the most relaxing holiday we have ever had, we left feeling really nourished by it. All the staff are very welcoming and pleasant, we had all the help we wanted and it always came cheerfully with a smile. Fond Doux has a lovely laid back vibe, lush gardens full of birds, lovely to sit out in the evening listening to frogs and crickets calling. The resort is near to the two Pitons, volcanic hot springs & mud baths, botanical gardens & diamond waterfall, several beaches (a shuttle is provided to Sugar Beach). The Tet Paul Trail is a 30 minute walk up the road (up bring the operative word!) and there is also a ‘Piton View Trail’ within the grounds of Fond Doux which, although steep up and down, is well worth doing. There are two swimming pool areas on the property, both very nice. We didn’t use the sauna or gymn but did join Pilates and Aquarobics which were great. The food was great, the hotel restaurant has a Carribean night with live music - great on both the Saturdays we were there. Highly recommended resort if you prefer quiet, private locations in Nature rather than the larger bustling resorts on offer."
