Great location, clean rooms. However, as the hotel is located above a pub it is noisy and hard to sleep on Friday and Saturday nights. We could hear the pounding music which made it hard to sleep. There is no hotel common area or prescription area….. price reflects what you get.

Very good location, clean room

We asked for 2 breakfasts, there was a lot of confusion and other guests were after us and got there breakfasts. When our breakfast finally arrived the poached eggs were hard and the bacon was not cooked for long enough. This weekend was booked as a birthday present for my wife. We left the guest house very disappointed.

You could not see out of the window, it was covered in plastic green stuff. The tv didn’t work on bbc 1 and England were on bbc1 at 2am in the World Cup! For the price, I expected better. Fridge was helpful and 2 bottles of water. Convenient for the tube.

My partner and me stayed for one night. This place has great potential but they need to work on several areas. It was very clean the room was very nice and the air con was spot on. Negatives breakfast. Yes it’s a bonus getting a breakfast in a London hotel but this was very poor. No hot water in morning so no shower which was very very disappointing. No explanation as to why . Barman in evening when we returned after watching London show not particularly receptive . A bit of courtesy goes a long way. In summary lots of things to be improved but with a bit of effort this will be achievable
