Overall, the staff were very nice and professional, and I appreciate their kindness and assistance. However, unfortunately, my experience with the cleanliness and room conditions was very disappointing.
When I first arrived, the bathroom in my room had not been properly cleaned. The hotel eventually changed my room, but on the second day, I discovered what appeared to be blood on the mattress in the new room. I immediately brought this serious hygiene issue to the attention of the manager. The staff came to inspect the mattress, took pictures, and the mattress was changed.
Although the staff were courteous and helpful, I was very disappointed that I experienced these cleanliness issues in two different rooms during the same stay. Finding blood on a mattress is especially concerning and is not something I would expect from a hotel of this standard.
I hope the hotel takes this matter seriously and improves its housekeeping and room-inspection procedures to prevent other guests from experiencing the same situation.
