We paid extra for a harbour view which was lovely but we could not open the window or sit on the shared balcony because our room was next to a smoking room and the guests there exercised their right to smoke. "We got our key card after getting help from someone staying there as she was walking out the door. Then we had a very hard time getting the door to our room open.
