"We come up to Maggie Valley every year at the end of april for the Minitruck Nationals car show. This cabin fit our needs/wants and was overall great. Hot tub was wonderful and we really loved the big back porch. When we first arrived we didn't have any toliet paper but one quick phone call to paul and it was fixed in 5 minutes. He was great anytime i called with anything. Our stay was enjoyed. The driveway is a little small but we made it work. With the weather this year we didn't get to enjoy the outside fire pit but it was a nice set up. We can't wait to start looking for next year. Would def recommend this cabin to anyone!!"

"Our stay at the cabin was perfect. We had 4 people stay, but it was large enough and can accommodate for way more. The best part was the view from the balcony and the size of the balcony. Which can be used during the day or night with a nice fire. They also provide Cornhole if you want to play that on the balcony too. The bedrooms and living spaces were nice and spacious. Lots of restrooms too. Everything is in good shape and seemed updated. They mentioned they had been doing improvements and had more in store. So I can imagine future stays will be better. The road to get to the cabin is a bit daunting. But we were able to do it in a fully packed minivan and a fully packed sedan. But the location of the cabin is amazing. Right on the edge of the mountain with such a breathtaking view. Everyone on our trip was more than satisfied during our stay at the cabin. Book it asap if you'll be visiting the surrounding area like Asheville or the Smoky Mountains."

"Overall we had a great time at this cabin. The pictures don't do it justice, it is HUGE. There was plenty of room for all 19 of us and the basement was amazing for all the kids. The house was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and more! The porches were amazing, the hot tub was great and you could hear a stream somewhere off in the woods! So relaxing! We went on the Polar Express while we were there. It was about 40 min drive but it was an easy to navigate to Bryson City from the cabins location. We also had a Christmas Vacation movie night and the living room couches easily fits us all! My only complaints were that the paper products (TP, paper towels, hand soap, etc) were not included or guarunteed to be there. These items wound up being there (I'm assuming from past guest), but it would have been nice not to have to worry about bringing those types of items with us. I would not expect paper plates or cups to be provided but the others listed above should just be part of the rental in my opinion. Additionally, a few of the beds were squeaky and a bit uncomfortable. They could use an upgrade. Other than those minor things, we had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again! The cabin was absolutely beautiful and the house allowed for our whole family to enjoy spending time together to kick of the holiday season!"
