The location of the hotel was convenient to Pioneer Square, T-mobile and Lumen Stadium. It was also about a10 min walk to the Pike Place. The surrounding was quiet, I wasn't awoken by noise but my husband was awoken by hallway noise. There was a bike path and lots of scooters and e bikes for rent along the sidewalks. We would stay here again.

Loved the room- efficient layout and the ironing room is genius. There’s a tablet that controls everything in the room and it made our stay comfortable. Water views were gorgeous and we loved the location. Highly recommend the underground tour just one block up!

The room was huge, bathroom was huge. Didn't need the staff much to me honest, but everyone was happy and helped me out during checkout to make sure everyone that helped got a little extra for their helpfulness! Sp glad we spent a little more and stayed here. Literally a minute from the market, and a great views from the room's window to just people watch and sunset. Rooftop terrace was amazing for fire and wine at night. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Located in a great area, less than a block from Pike’s Place. The roof top had amazing views and the restaurant had wonderful service and delicious food. Overall, we had a wonderful time! Fantastic place. It's not the hotel's fault, but anybody who's seen downtown Seattle after 9 pm knows you can't give above a 3 for "area around the property". It's what 80's sci-fi dystopia movies thought the late 90's would be like.

Super friendly staff. Very helpful. On site restaurant had great coffee (it's Seattle..of course they did). Tasty food at the evening restaurant. Very walkable to metro and Pikes Place Market, pier..even Space Needle.

Loved this hotel. We went to the patio but the cushions were put away ( which makes sense for the fall) but would have liked to enjoy the patio while staying there. Also, the showers are really loud. We could hear the guests above us but i would still stay there, and breakfast was great!
