Find a Bed and Breakfast in Snow Camp

"Great front desk service. Trash outside was overflowing which is wrong of the patrons that were staying to do. The breakfast had options so that was nice. Gym had one treadmill that wouldn’t go past 1 mph and the other treadmill the incline didn’t work."

"I should have known better than to even check in when we read the sign in the parking area that said “not responsible for damage to vehicles” - but after a long day of travel we really just wanted to crash. Immediately upon entry to the lobby I noticed a distinct, icky smell - probably a mixture of smoke and I don’t even know what. The interior of the lobby was a little dingy and dated. Still, I continued on through check in even though the “computer was slow”and EVEN after being advised of a required $200 deposit because we booked through Expedia and not directly book with the hotel, which I thought was VERY odd. We finally got our room keys, made our way through stinky, DARK hallways to our room which was equally stinky and dingy and where the furniture was covered in a variety of mystery stains. Every single drawer in the room and the microwave was left all the way open - odd. The bathroom had a loud fan that ran constantly with no apparent on-off switch and the shower had a freaking mirror on the back wall, which seemed incredibly odd and creepy. After seeing the room we quickly searched for a better place to stay, secured a room elsewhere and promptly checked out about 30 minutes after checking in. Do not recommend and would not ever book here if in the area again. "

"Aloft in Chapel Hill Saved Our Trip!! We actually had booked at a different hotel for our short visit to Chapel Hill and it was gross, smelled terrible, and was a little scary just to be honest. So we quickly checked right back out and found ALOFT - Thank Goodness!!! From the second I walked in the lobby door I felt at home and welcomed! Staff is friendly, helpful and just plain fantastic with my every question and request. The entire hotel had the most wonderful clean fragrance. The room was just what we needed, clean and again had a nice clean fragrance. On site gym was very nice. And the lobby lounge area had a great fun/homey atmosphere where everyone could feel comfortable. Will definitely stay again if we visit Chapel Hill!!! "

"This hotel is very clean and the hotel staff was friendly and helpful. It would be a great location if you were going to a minor league baseball game as the stadium is right across the street. The parking lot is very secure and access is well controlled."
