« The outside property was in poor condition with junk laying around. The room was outdated and found cobwebs from the curtain rod to the ceiling. The walls were in dire need of paint, there were gouges and scuff marks throughout. The bed was hard and bedding was outdated. The air conditioning worked well but the hot water took about 15 minutes to get warm. There was an undisclosed charge for “cleaning” prior to check in, for having a medical alert service animal. Overall would not recommend and...

« La réception s'est faitede manière rapide et efficace. L'hotel est bien situé près des restaurants. Cependant il est situé très près d'une voie ferrée et des trains passent régulièrement et crient directement en face de l'hotel. La chambre était propre. Le lit était inconfortable et craque de partout à chaque mouvement. Le petit déjeuner est correct. »

« Adorable! Great for a family. The staff were kind and attentive, the caboose was comfortable and our little one absolutely loved it! »

« The air conditioning unit only cooled a little bit cooler than the outside temperature. It was more like a fan moving the air around. The complimentary breakfast was coffee, orange juice, 1 kind of super sugary cereal, individually wrapped slices of bread you could toast, and mandarine oranges. The pictures you see on the internet show a swimming pool and hot tub....neither of these exist! Also the pictures of rooms look nothing like our room which was not clean!! We'll never go back!!!!! »

« Dogs were happy with our overnight stay. Convenient to North Bend exploring. Grounds were attractive, however, attention to entrance was needed- overgrown, weeds. Gated entrance to apt. fairly rickety. Nice amenities. Clean. Didn't have the impression from the "retreat" description that it was in the basement under the main house. »

« Came into town for a wedding. Perfect location to the venue and friend’s home! The unit is attached to a personal residence, but the private entry and reserved parking spot was very much appreciated! Perfect setup for a weekend getaway with all the amenities, including washer and dryer (we didn’t need to use it, but nice to know it was available!). The on-location communication with the host was great! Highly recommend! »
