Hot tub was very dirty and sauna looked to have mold in the ceiling, which was disappointing because we were really looking forward to both. Staff was very nice and pleasant but upon check-out there was no one at the front desk and no answer to multiple bell dings. After several minutes, and two people waiting, a phone call to the front desk brought someone forward and we were all able to check out in time.
