"I love staying here it’s very close to downtown and pike market. Hotel is very clean and the staff and check in process is amazing . For sure always staying here every time I go to Seattle . Only small thing this time was the AC not sure if it was us or the AC unit but cold air was not coming out . But everything else amazing"

"The bedsing hadn't been changed in our room (my wife found crumbs in the bed before we had even touched the bed. She also found some fecal matter on and around the toilet. Our fridge looks like it was rusting. There were several spots where drinks had spilled and were not cleaned for the 3 days we were staying there. The staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast was decent, except that the eggs were super watery/wet. It was nice to have laundry facilities. They were painting down our hallway on the day we were leaving and the fumes gave me a headache. Overall, you get what you pay for."

"We were there at there was party so loud in the lobby cops were called and even that the people still was loud I went to the lobby I had my kids with me and couldn’t even sleep all night cause people were loud drinking and the staff could assist the situation or fix it!! At the bed was the worst nightmare"

"Front desk staff member was wonderful. They created us in such a friendly manner and check in went so smoothly and quickly. It’s nice when traveling to be treated to kindly. Loved the coffee machine in the lobby! Rooms are clean and comfortable."
