"The room was easy to reserve. The staff were courteous and kind. The rooms were clean and though i didn’t get to use it, the pool looked really nice and clean. And the breakfast, wow! What an awesome breakfast! A big selection and everyone tasted wonderful!! My only complaint, not enough elevators. "

" 10/10 – Absolutely Perfect StayThis condo was everything we could have hoped for and more. The location is unbeatable. Close to everything in Ruidoso with easy access, yet it still felt peaceful and tucked into nature.The condo itself was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. You can tell a lot of thought went into making sure guests have absolutely everything they need. Nothing was overlooked.The highlight, though, was the patio. We spent hours watching wild mustangs, deer, and elk wander by throughout the day. It felt like a front-row seat to nature without giving up any comfort.Everything about this stay was perfect. We wouldn’t change a thing and would happily return in a heartbeat."

"The staff was friendly, courteous and professional. The included breakfast was a highlight. The jacuzzi was hot and the pool was clean. The towels were older and needed replacing. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. The linens could be softer. An older hotel but kept up well. Parking was convenient and check in was quick. "

"The house was beautiful and large with plenty of space for everything we needed, we loved the game room and the hot tub. The only downside i would say which is minor is that it could have been better stocked with towels. We really liked it and would book there again."

"Everyone loved the cabin. It actually looked better than the pictures. Very roomy and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended and would love to go back. "

"This was a great location with an awesome view. The host was friendly and prompt with communications. We made a note to pay for trip insurance to cover our trip in case the weather showed snow/ice as the road/driveway is very steep. Kitchen appliances were good and stocked with above average cookware. They were kind enough to include two space heaters which we used downstairs. I would not recommend more than 6 people for this property, unless you bring your own air mattress. The foldout couch did not initially have a set of sheets the first night and seems to be breaking - I would not try to sleep adults on it. We were lucky in that we had 2 children, so one slept with us on the King and our other slept on the couch without folding it out.With exception to some dead flies in and around the windows the whole property was in great shape. You can tell that the hosts care deeply about the property and put much work into it. We would surely consider staying here again for our next Ruidoso trip."
