"This is a great place to stay and leave a vehicle for a trip. It is located beside the Sheriff Dept. so very safe. The 24/7 shuttle is a wonderful perk, especially if you have a very early or late flight. "

"We checked in early and they had no problems with that. Then we went in to the casino and notice all the restaurants. Great!! Played machines. Then decided to eat at 7:30PM. Of the 7 or 8 restaurants only 1 was open. It was an expensive restaurant that the cheapest meal was a burger for $25!!! Steaks up to $80. Sat at the bar for 5 minutes and couldn't get waited on. The bartender was rude. The front desk told us that on Mondays and Tuesdays the restaurants close down early. Why didn't they tell us that up front? We went to bed without eating a bit!!! Never will I go to that place again. Oh yes, 5 AM morning our coffee pot doesn't work. They have no coffee at the front and they do NOT serve any kind of breakfast. Why didn't anyone tell us about that!!! Poor poor hotel. Never again!"

"Staff was very friendly. Hotel was under renovation, which I wish I had known before I booked. I saw that there had been black mold on the walls where plastic was hung up to semi block off hallways. I’m assuming that was at least part of the reason for the renovations"

"I worked at this property years ago when Mr. Hammonds owned it, and to say it has gone downhill is an understatement. The biggest disappointment was that there was a Trading Card convention booked, not just in the ballroom, but in the atrium as well. They charge $17 per day to park but if you left during the day there was no parking to be had when you returned because of the convention, that there was no mention made of. I was told by "Alex" that a staff member would be in touch, never happened. Overall I would love to recommend this property as it has meaning to me on a personal level, but this trip was so bad I don't see that happening."

"Airport shuttle was at the airport ready to pick us up immediately and since we got in at midnight and were tired, this was much appreciated. When we got to the hotel it took just a few minutes check in and we were in the room and in bed!"
