"This Embassy Suites was great as usual!"

"Bath tub didn’t drain well, water filled up half way just taking a shower. The shampoo dispenser came off the wall when I tried to use it and the body wash was completely empty. Also, no hair dryer in the room is wild. TV channels were terrible, you got about 30 channels, half did not have any sound and bad reception."

"Expected way more than what was paid for. Inconvenient location with nothing going for it. Additional resort taxes upon checkin too....not happy about this reservation. "

"Staff couldn't get outside parties to turn down their music because none of the people have in the party spoke English. Someone left their dog in the hotel room alone so that it could bark and throw a fit for two hours in the middle of the night The walls were so thin that there were a couple of guys in the room next to us who obviously had not seen each other in years. They stayed up talking until after 5:30 in the morning. They were not yelling they were not fighting. They were just having a normal conversation that we could hear through the walls. We were allotted two towels, and two washcloths. No hand towels. No Kleenexes. Definitely "a no-frills" operation."

"Very impressed. Rooms was clean. Pool and hot tub were clean and nice. Restaurant was good. I liked the balcony opening up to the courtyard. It was much nicer than most of the big chain hotels I usually stay at. The ladies at the desk got me checked in quickly. Parking lot is small but they do have overflow or long term parking behind the building that requires your key card. "

"My first room didn’t have a fridge or microwave. My second room smelled like smoke. My third room also smelled like smoke and mold. Finally I just stayed with the fourth room because it was good enough. There isn’t really a fitness center. It’s a treadmill, bike, and cable machine. Breakfast was very basic. The hallways smelled like weed. I had to call the front desk and ask someone to come clean my room after 3 days. And the left all the dirty linens piled on the floor in my room. The hot water is tricky. You have to let the hot water in the sink run before the shower will run hot. I wouldn’t stay here again. "
