"Second time at this property and still loving it. Brought our smaller row boat this time and scooted over from the public boat launch, worked very well for my boys (13 and 11 years). House was clean and comfortable as usual. Grill on the deck is a great (easy) option for cooking."

"This is a lovely place that seems like new. The kitchen was very well stocked including lots of spices and coffee, etc. It wasn't warm enough for us to sit on the front porch, which we would have enjoyed. We loved having the hot tub. It's off the beaten path, and we were glad that we'd brought all the food we needed. The bed was comfortable. We recommend it as a nice getaway."

"Very first impressions, pretty spectacular driving up the driveway! Then...we met the neighbor mad Larry. Lol turns out he wasn't so bad. The place was almost perfect, a few minor things, not even worth mentioning. The host was very kind, and I will say we all enjoyed our time here."

"We spent fournights at this spot on Rangely Lake in the Rangely Lakeside Cottages property. The cabin we rented was in very good shape, nearly new, and everything worked quite fine. David (host) was quick to respond when we had a question or two about our stay--and we found everything in very good order. While the cottage is not exactly lakefront, it sits behind several other cottages, and still allows a bit of a view. We had our small dog with us for the trip, but we were a bit disappointed we could not allow her to wade along the small beach attached to the site. We didn't try swimming ourselves with out her--just too chilly! Overall, a very nice location for exploring near and far around Rangely. We would certainly return another time."

"Absolutely amazing place! The host was incredible and so communicative, which made everything so easy and stress-free. The views of Rangeley Lake were absolutely beautiful, and the house truly felt just like home.We also loved being able to bring our jet skis and enjoy the lake — it made the weekend even more special and gave us the perfect mix of relaxing at the house and getting out on the water with the family. The atmosphere here is honestly hard to put into words — so peaceful, cozy, welcoming, and just an amazing place to spend time with family. I truly cannot say one negative thing about our stay.If you’re looking for a quiet getaway with your family, book this place and don’t second guess it! You will not be disappointed.We are already looking forward to coming back, hopefully for a much longer stay than just a weekend. This is one of those places that leaves a little piece of itself in your heart. Thank you for sharing such a beautiful place with us. We absolutely loved it and can’t wait to come back! "

"The place was really nice. The only issue was that everyone in our group loves to cook. Unfortunately, the oven would only broil. So baking or roasting anything was impossible. But, we adapted. We would definitely go back. We were a group of 7. There was plenty of room to spread out. We also swam every day."
