"The Sunset Motel is a charming old style motor Lodge in downtown Brevard. The amenities are basic, consistent with the age of the facility. Our room was renovated and very clean. We did have an issue with noise in the mornings because our room was next to the housekeeping staff."

"Hotel has a huge lobby. We stayed 2 night. We borrowed a deck of cards from the front desk to play. Front desk staff was friendly and personable. Fire pit was broken so that was a bummer."

"Cozy paradise in Brevard. We were here for hiking in April and it was perfect. Spectacularly clean. Responsive owner. Simple check-in. Super comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Excellent location. Close to Ingles grocery store and great downtown dining options. Don’t miss The Yard, which has an Airstream coffee and ice cream “Must Visit” venue and is very close to the house. We hope we get a chance to visit Brevard again. Would absolutely stay here the next time. "

"The house is amazing, clean and close to downtown as well as the art district. Beautiful town with friendly people and atmosphere. The neighbors are extremely friendly and safe. Can’t say enough about the town and the property. Will stay there again if available. "
