Our cold water faucet didn't work in the room, but we were in town for a sporting event and we spent very little time in our room so it wasn't a huge deal. Very small TV in the room, if that matters to you. Our main concern was that the exterior doors to the multiple side entrances didn't require a card to gain access. Again, if your expectations are aligned with pricing, you'll be fine. If you require more niceties and are ok spending 3x as much, a newer Holiday Inn may be a better fit."
