Arrived to the hotel poor front desk agent was very helpful and got me a room while trying to communicate with expedia. The room had the AC off and I was told at check out "sorry the manager does not want to activate"" im sorry what? This hotel should NEVER be listed as options for Bratislava as it is in a completely different city! Full price for an uncomfortable night with no sleep due to no AC??

"Only stayed one night. Didn't eat there. Perfectly reasonable in all respects except you can't get to it on foot without walking along the service roads of a shopping centre. So if you're sticking to public transport, it's not ideal, otherwise €7 ride to the airport with Uber."

Short walk from airport but I was carrying a 19.9kg rucsac and took 10min for bell to be answered, which I felt was only after I'd emailed to complain (had rung bell at both locations 2x and phoned x2).
