The kitchen was well-stocked with breakfast options. My one recommendation would be - I wish the coffee was higher quality! The host was prompt, friendly, and responsive to my needs. "Great location for our stay, but the "double" beds seemed even tinier than doubles, the bathrooms are old and could use a refresh- drainage in the shower was an issue, and they wouldn't refresh the room in the middle of a 4 day stay- just dropped off new sheets and towels. Lobby is nice, and the restaurant was never open the weekdays of our stay. I really wanted to love this hotel as it has a lot of history for me, but it came up a bit short."

"Great place but not a value. There was a concert and two weddings happening on the day I was staying. It was very busy! Long elevator waits. Long waits for coffee. The lobby was so crowded all the time. I suppose these are the signs of a successful business? I never felt like a “guest” more like a consumer. One K lighter for two days and a meal. The cost of big city living put the squeeze on this country mouse."

"As a whole the property and staff were great. I thought the breakfast was a little over priced though. Food certainly wasn’t bad but paying almost $30 a person for a breakfast buffet I expected a bit more variety and options. Selection variety wise it felt a step up from what similar hotels have offered as complimentary. However that’s a minor gripe to an otherwise great experience."
