Nice place but a bit on the tiny side. It would have been nice to at least have a mini fridge in the room to keep some breakfast things handy. Had problems with my electronic key and iPhone, problem was fixed by giving me a physical key fob. Hope they get this sorted before it happens to other guests with iPhones!

We loved this hotel. The room was lovely, though a little warm as we couldn’t get the temperature control to work. Perfectly located close to train station, museums and shops. Breakfast was amazing, we stayed in 4 hotels in Norway during our trip and this was our favourite.

There were no toothbrushes even in reception. No snacks to purchase from reception for vouchers. Changing room in gym was small closet. Cleaning stuff came everyday 18:00PM??? Breakfast was rich. But the salted salmon gave me bad stomach.

Room well attended. Staff friendly and professional. Beautiful smiles were appreciated. Breakfast great choices.

Truly like having an apartment in the city. We got tired long ago of going out to eat every afternoon and night. Here we prepped lunches and cooked dinners on most nights (we stayed for a week.) There was also a washer for our clothes (no dryer, but a drying rack and plenty of living-room space worked well). The only downside is that Oslo has no sound ordinances, and people rev no-muffler motorcycles throughout the night until 4am in the summer that would get them arrested in any other sane city.
