The room was clean, but I was very disappointed with my stay. The room was a semi-basement room with a shared bathroom, which was not clearly described on the booking platform.
When we arrived, the window was left open. Because it was positioned very high, my husband and I, both in our 70s, could not reach it. The open window affected our sleep and comfort for two nights.
I reported the problem to the service staff on the first day, but they did not resolve it. I also sent two messages to management during my stay and never received any response. It eventually took us three days to find a way to close the window ourselves.
The lack of communication and assistance was very disappointing. I expected much better customer service.

Great and spacious apartment right in the city centre. The kitchen was very functional and allowed us to have breakfast and a couple of evening meals. Great for families travelling with children. Clean and bright. Handy option for luggage storage after checkout too.

This was the perfect spot to spend a few nights in Stockholm. It's in the middle of Gamla Stan and we had a few minutes walk to whereever we wanted to go. A couple caveats--we used a taxi and it was about a 5 minute walk over cobblestones to get to the apartment since there's no cars allowed. There's also 3 big steps to get into the building. If you are ok with that, you can't go wrong. You are staying in a home built in the 1300's in the best area to stay in Gamla Stan. It's very safe and the bed was comfortable.
