The room was spotless, the shower pressure was very good with plenty of hot water. The bathroom had all that you needed for shaving kits, combs, to lotion, shampoo and shower gel.
We were staying in an delux room and were greeted with a bottle of Prosecco. Very nice touch!
If you needed reservations to anything, the concierge will make them for you. Even for restaurant are booked ❤️.
The location can’t be beat.

Wonderful location, located by the Wawel castle & just a short stroll to the main square. Plenty of coffee shops, restaurants & convenience stores within minutes. Ate dinner in the fabulous on site restaurant. Had a room at the front of the hotel overlooking the street, so did get noisy late at night & into the early hours of the morning as it got closer to the weekend. Very courteous, helpful staff.
