Overall, the room was a very good value. The location cannot be beat as Pike Place Market is just a 1 minute walk and the waterfront was just 5 minutes down the hill. It is also very close to the train station making it easy to and from the airport. The unit was clean and well equipped and the bed, while low, was comfortable. The staff was helpful in taking our bags for early arrival and late departure, although the front desk was little more than a coat closet which was a little odd. The tv had only Roku, which limited the viewing options. Overall it was a very good stay and would likely stay again.

The amount of homeless people whacked out on drugs and begging for money & cigarettes is awful!

Probably my fave hotel in Seattle. It’s clean, sound proof, amazing resto on the 16th floor and location is great. Our hot water for the tub didn’t work though but forgivable because I love the hotel ♥️

The location was good but the property needs to be updated.

Easy walk from cruise terminal. No issues with homeless. Restaurants next door and across the street. This was one of our favorite hotel stays ever! Comfortable bed, fresh and new decor, beautiful room and bathroom! Wish we stayed here on our way to the cruise too! Will save this for any other trips to Seattle!
