Everything you could ask for including an effort to provide an early check in, crib for our toddler, large elegant rooms, made to order breakfast, and very friendly staff. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Upon entry we found ample parking for our car! A sparkling Cava was offered as we were given information about the facility.We were shown two rooms and selected a suite so beautifully decorated in blue and beige marble and shining mirrors and the most mazing marble claw foot bathtub. A decorator used a traditional perspective to make the room so special. Breakfast was offered in another room beautifully filled with hand carved furniture and gold brocade drapery. Foods displayed on slate boards...

My friend received a birthday cake carefully made by one of the team. This made her day! The property is beautiful and new, so many well thought out features.

Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Rui is very helpful and a nice man. He helped us to take our luggage to our room and explained nicely how to get around the city. Thanks Rui for everything you have done for us. He takes care of his hotel like his own house. Parking was easy to get in their back yard.

The place is beautiful and the owners oay attention to small details to ensure we enjoy our stay. Breakfast is so good!

I needed assistance contacting my rental car company and the girl at the front desk went beyond expectations to ensure I had my problem solved AFTER I had checked out and returned hours later for help.

This hotel is filled with little historic charms throughout. The location was fabulous and close to the main city. It was a ride to pena palace and moorish castle however well worth it. The staff was wonderful and helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel

Property is great. Quintessential boutique hotel. Do not drive in, since COVId google has changed the maps. You cannot get use Waze or google maps. Read directions from hotel. It will explain how to drive and park IF you have to. Great Hotel, charming, breakfast was awesome. Central to everything.

Very accommodating for early check in, early morning coffee and breakfast too. Flexible with picking up luggage stored at hotel for later in the day pick up. Warm reception staff, super nice and helpful. Thank you!!

Absolutely stunning boutique hotel with each room is designed differently. The grounds are spectacular. Breakfast was delicious - made to order with large selection of options. Dina at reception was the perfect host. She went above and beyond to assist us. Thank you Dina for making our stay extra special.
