"The hotel itself is good—modern, clean, and professional staff. However, travelers should be aware of the location. It is situated on the outskirts of the city center in a neighborhood that feels quite disconnected from the main tourist areas, a Muslim populated area. The local atmosphere feels more like a different international city than the one we expected, and as a result, we didn't feel entirely comfortable walking around, especially at night. If you plan to stay here, I’d recommend using taxis or ride-shares rather than walking to the center."

"Terrible staff - the Starbucks machine took the money but didn’t deliver coffee and the staff instead of helping were rude and dismissive. Breakfast was pitiful . What a terrible blot on the Radisson name this dump is "

"The room was spacious, clean and had a nice ambience. The lobby was also inviting and pleasant place to stay. All staff were friendly and helpful. The area is ideal for the station but isn't the nicest area. Would happily return."

"Decent place for a very short stay. Amenities look pretty old and worn out (our heater was visibly rusting). The staff are not always present especially after 8pm so if you have a problem, there’s no one to talk to. The hotel is in a sort of industrial area so not there’s no much to do/see in walking distance but it’s not to far from the city centre(15 mins bus ride from gare du midi). Overall decent place."
