"Nice country pub with a cozy atmosphere. Our room was great, really clean and well presented, comfy bed and pillows, en-suite bathroom with a good shower and a decent size. Owners provided a fan which was very welcome during this current heatwave. We were greeted by Jacob in reception, really helpful, polite and respectful and he showed us to our room. "The problems 1 having paid extra for room with a view of the harbour this was completely destroyed by the view if the adjacent flat roof broken tiles and multiple AC units. 2. No Ac unit in this room Windows that effectively didn’t open ( 1/4 in only) Late afternoon sun And someone had left the heated towel rail on Also a winter weight 10.5 tog quilt on the bed. No sheets So obviously the room never cooled down. Having 3 noisy fans was just an indication if problems and were of minimal help"
