The bathtub is slippery, so it’s dangerous.

Beautiful building in the heart of Itaewon with an excellent location surrounded by shops and restaurants. It’s right in the middle of the nightlife scene—great for those looking to enjoy it.
The room was spacious and well-equipped, though I found it odd that earplugs were provided next to the bed. That quickly made sense—the noise level is outrageous and unacceptable. I stayed in room 825, and the constant noise made it very difficult to rest.
I requested a room change the following day, but the manager was completely nonchalant and said nothing was available. I had to endure three more nights of severe noise disturbance.
While the hotel provides two complimentary bottles of water, none were replaced on the second day. When I went downstairs to ask, I was charged 2,000 won for a bottle. It’s not about the cost—it’s the lack of consistency and the feeling of poor service.
There are far too many great hotel options in the area for me to consider staying here again.
That said, I absolutely loved Itaewon.

Staffs are so wonderful and polite. Room has good view of Namsan Seoul tower. Amenities are a bit lacking. Bathroom definitely needs some works or refresh since it doesn’t have good enclosure and therefore water is leaking out when taking shower. Breakfast is good with lovely personnel.
