Sindang 1-dong Vacation Packages

The room itself was very nice—clean, comfortable, with excellent water pressure and a convenient location. The hotel was under renovation, but we were informed about possible noise at check-in and that was not an issue. Unfortunately, the customer service was disappointing. Our room temperature was 77°F (25°C), and when I called the front desk I was simply told to turn off the heat and open the window. A fan was only provided later after another complaint. I later became sick and tried to order room service using the tablet in the room, which listed drinks, breakfast, brunch, and desserts. When the order didn’t work, we were told the restaurant was closed due to renovations. There was no notice of this, and the tablet menu was misleading. We contacted Expedia hoping the hotel could at least suggest nearby restaurants since my husband doesn’t speak Korean, but the hotel representative was reportedly rude and only offered partial reimbursement if we checked out within 30 minutes—even though I was sick. The room and location were good, but the lack of communication and poor customer service affected our overall experience.

I booked a Premier Suite Twin for my friend and I. The room was super spacious and clean and included several wonderful amenities, such as a sanitization closet, in-suite laundry, and a freezer! The gym was clean and in good shape, and the hotel is well-located as well. Just a short walk from a subway station. Definitely excellent value for money! Only downside is that there were no options for breakfast to be included in the cost paid, (it was an extra daily charge). Additionally, my friend had an interaction with a front-desk employee who seemingly didn’t speak much English, which made communication difficult, (a hotel is the one place while travelling where you would not expect this to be an issue). Overall though, I would definitely recommend Hotel The Botanik to others travelling to Seoul :)

Small but clean room that had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Great location with metro subway just a few steps from the hotel.

Really amazing hotel with an even amazing location and staff. We loved our stay.the hotel was super clean and the staff was very helpful. We needed translation on various occasions and the staff helped us out. the location is unbeatable and close to a lot of popular areas and markets.

Me and my friend stayed here for 4 nights and we had an excellent time. The staff were all so nice and friendly and very accommodating. The first night we requested to change our room with 2 beds instead of one and they were able to make it happen. Thank you so much to the travelodge staff for making our trip very enjoyable!
