Honestly I really loved my stay, if I was to do it again - opt in for the breakfast it’s remarkable and it saved me a lot of time. The staff were all friendly and willing to help. I did enjoy getting cleaning for the rooms each day. Furthermore it was close to the central area of Madrid. I would highly recommend for anyone staying here to book this place. I loved it a lot.

I was expecting more of this hotel. The staff was helpful breakfast was good. The location is good (close to main attractions)
It was hard to enjoy the rooftop. Always was packed with No Hotel guest.
I was expecting more of the bedding( sheets not good quality). In the bathroom, the flush (handle) was not properly working

The rooms are beautiful. However, the check in process didn’t give “vacation vibes”. You’re definitely checking into an apartment so no special experience upon check in, but the property itself is lovely & most places I wanted to go were 15 mins or less on an uber ride away.
