"Staff was welcoming, friendly and accommodating. Really pleased with the customer service. Rooms were clean, quiet, and beds were comfortable. I would like to see USB plugs or wireless charging in the rooms. Without a wall charger there was no way to charge my phone. Front desk lent me their own personal charging cube. Super nice! "

"My Wife and I had a great Stay and Everything was easy going from Booking to allowing our Pets to come and stay as well. Also Nena who is the Caretaker/House keeper was extremely helpful and very Friendly. We did not get a Chance to say Thank you due to us leaving so Early and will also be mailing a Thank you card with Appreciation tip for all her help. We love visiting Rocky Mountain National Park and Grand Lake. We will definitely be booking a stay next year when we come back to Visit.
