« First was noted in Ad that there was no front desk and I would get check in instructions 2-3 days in advance. Unable to reach the host via phone, email or chat for check in instructions. Fortunately there was someone at front desk. Staff was friendly. Room old but clean. TV did not work, light over tub inoperable, no smoke detector. Many loud residents outside at night. Felt like we were bad section of town. Low class facility. I will not be returning. »

« The property description was completely misrepresented. We pulled in to the property and there were homeless people on the property with their belongings. The only people staying there seemed to be long term stays with junk everywhere. Much of the furniture had been pulled outside of the rooms and many people sitting outside were very unsavory. We immediately left and booked a hotel down the street. It was awful and we did not feel safe even driving through the parking lot. »
